Odyssey

75mm kit by Romero models Painted in 2019. This specific model has a story behind it as I bought and painted it for a very specific reason. In 2019 I had a motorcycle trip around most of southern Europe, starting from my home in Normandy, France, all the way down to the southmost point of Peloponnese, Greece, crossing 10 countries on the way. The goal was to visit as much archeological sites from ancient Greece as possible. Knowing that I thought it would be a nice idea to bring a model fitting the destination to take some pictures on the way. So, this very miniature traveled 15.000kms in my backpack, in a little box, through, Italy, and the Balkans. AND, once back home, it won a place on a podium at the yearly online Eadbanger painting competition.
